Jacobi went into a mans home while he was on trial with the keys he had confiscated during a traffic stop and busted into his Marijuana Grow Lab without a Warrant. Then he Falsified records to cover up the warrantless search. Even Jacobi’s recent Jury Conviction will not go on his record. That’s why a Dirty Cop Registry is so Important.
