When police get their shiny badge they think their above the law and can do anything that they want to the public. Mark Lipton of Sevierville, Tennessee attacked a neighbor and knocked him off of his ATV and then pointed a gun at the man. The news is still vague in this case since dirty cops like to protect their own. But at this point I have enough information to register Mark Lipton as a dirty police officer.
