One would think that in a small college town like Centralia that the night-time janitor for the local news paper would be a college student that is interested in journalism. Wrong, the facts are I recorded the night-time janitor whom is here in the United States on a Visa, bringing her child to work with her during the late evening hours at the Chronicle. Most hard-working Americans would call this “Bucking The System” It’s not fair that this immigrant can collect welfare on her child and get free medical while most Americans have to leave their kids at home when they go to work. Just a year ago I had this Idea. It was to Register Dirty Cops that have been convicted of a Crime even if it had been reduced to a misdemeanor or was a questionable offense or complaint. Society has seen enough of Police Misconduct and it makes me sick to even watch police corruption videos anymore. When a Dirty Cop falsify’s reports and throws you in a dungeon, takes you away from your family. This is the worst holocaust one can go through. I’m glad to see that so many police accountability website’s are appearing all over the internet. Police Crimes need to be stopped, the Global Tension from police misconduct is becoming a boiling pot. Your local Police Force must begin to wear video camera’s and be held accountable. Police Officer Fired For Picking Up Crack Hoe’s In His Police Car

MELBOURNE, Fla. – A Melbourne police officer was fired after he was accused of picking up prostitutes in his police car while in uniform.

Officer Jose Otero chatted amiably with a woman who police identified as a prostitute in surveillance video.

After an investigation by Otero’s own department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, detectives filed seven counts against him.

“This includes operating a conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, purchasing the services of a person for prostitution,” Melbourne Police Department spokesman Sheridan Shelley said.

Otero was driving his police cruiser to pick up prostitutes, and he didn’t know other officers were watching him from unmarked cars. He also didn’t know his own dashboard camera was gathering evidence.

The dashboard camera shots matched up with hand-held surveillance by detectives, showing it was Otero’s car that was followed.

The hand-held shots showed shadowy figures near Otero’s police car. Police said they interviewed four prostitutes, who admitted they had sex with Otero while he was on the job.

The most stunning evidence of all was video of a woman getting out of Otero’s car on the passenger side, while an officer got out, shirtless, on the driver’s side and began putting his uniform back on.

Police said the meetings with prostitutes went on at least from February to May of this year.

In Otero’s termination letter, the police chief said, “The criminal conduct uncovered during this investigation is extremely disturbing and demonstrates that you lack the proper judgment in your role as a police officer.”

Help Bring Dirty Public Officials To Justice!

On March 3rd 2011, I was pulled over by Officer Gary Byrnes of the Centralia Police Department. Officer Byrnes told me I was under arrest for protecting my rights and video recording him during a traffic stop . Gary Byrnes then pulled out his taser and threatened to shoot me in the face so I rolled up my window and called 911, During my call to 911, I asked the Lewis County Dispatchers to send me a State Patrol Officer, I asked them 11 times to send me help. I told the dispatcher that the Centralia Police would harm me if I got out of my car. My phone battery soon died and my connection to 911 was lost. I then was assured by the Centralia Police I would not be harmed if I just got out of the car, so I did. During this process I recorded the incident with a tape recorder to protect my rights and to obtain evidence that a crime was being committed. From the moment I stepped out of my car, I was backed up against a brick wall and was then given a field sobriety test. I was told I failed their Kangaroo Field Sobriety test and then was hand cuffed, choked and had my head slammed against a brick wall. My tape recorder was shut off and I was placed in back of a police car after being assaulted. While being illegally detained in the back of a police car, my vehicle was searched and my camera’s “SD Card” was broken in half, The police tried to destroy the evidence. What bothers me the most about this incident is the way the Centralia Police tried to hide this illegal Civil Rights Violation. Let me explain, I filed an insurance claim several weeks later to compensate for the damages that I had suffered. Then the Centralia Police Department and their Insurance company denied my claim. Officer Lowery then filed his incident report 30 days later after he choked me in handcuffs. The other corrupt Centralia Police Officials then filed their reports several days after the Insurance claim was filed. Apparently the Centralia Police only file police reports when their integrity comes into question. I know for a fact that when a police officer uses force, that the incident must be filed promptly, not 30 days later and after an insurance claim has been filed. Also the police reports contradict each other, Officer Byrnes claims I was in his car and Officer Finch claims I was in her car. I was also told I failed the field sobriety test and I am heard on the recording begging for a breathalyzer test. The problem is that I never received one. My recordings and the police statements don’t match the allegations of being impaired and driving. This recording is a clear violation of my rights. The Centralia Police intimidated me with a deadly weapon, violated my rights by searching my car, assaulted me and attempted to destroy evidence while I was in their custody.

I too filed a Tort claim against the 911 Call Center and my Claim was denied by the Lewis County Risk Management Office. The problem with the denial of my claim is that it was never investigated by their office. What outrages me to the core is that I asked the 911 dispatch officers to connect me to the State Patrol 11 times. The 911 call center is obligated by law to fulfill my request and should have connected me to the State Patrol. Instead the 911 Dispatch Center participated in facilitating the crime with the Centralia Police Department. I will never stop my campaign against police corruption until the Centralia Police Department is brought to justice for this crime against me. All those who are guilty know who they are!

A Recent Post About The Centralia Washington Police Department!

Well… All this stuff on Centralia PD is interesting… I grew up in that town, left for the military became a military police officer and was hired on at Centralia PD and worked there for about a year. Back then, Byrnes was the only real deuche. His son is a known dealer, Byrnes used to stock my mom and other various females have told me similar stories.

There are still a few good ones, Officer Croy, Mike Lowery, and detectives Denham and buster are just a few to name. The newer officers apparently are shit, from what i’m hearing. One’s been harassing my mom as well apparently. and a good friend of mine also was assaulted to no end while walking home one night after a few drinks.

I don’t know what’s changed since 2007 when i worked there, but it wasn’t that bogus in 07. Get some justice and seriously do what you can to get rid of the bad cops. Unfortunately some deuches slip through the cracks and end up in law enforcement, which sickens me. With how things are, I rarely tell anyone that i used to wear a badge, just because the some law enforcement out there, give all law enforcement a bad name. Rights need to be protected, why the fuck did I join the military if i didn’t give a shit about rights. NO BODY should infringe on anyone’s constitutional rights. and the bad cops, that’s just it, they are bad cops and need to be removed ASAP. I know Chief Berg, i’m very surprised how the agency has gone wayward. Lets fix this mess.
