a police officer in Cloquet, MN decided to arrest me one day because he had a personal vendetta against after a bar altercation. He saw me in a resteraunt and then followed me and arrested me because he then realized i had lost my license (no insurance). instead of allowing me to call someone to get my car and myself taken care of he arrests me and said if you didnt “flick me off in the bar that night none of this would have happened”. This is a direct violation of an oath he took and shoold be FIRED from the force for good. He is a bias prick and has been since highschool.

Regardless of him being BIAS in your words you were driving without a license or insurance. I would like to see true events of dirty cops. First time on here and only because I have an open mind will I look further but I would be as presumptuous to say that its kinda ridiculous seeing someone saying “I was breaking a few laws and he arrested me, but the guy has it out for me”. Mandatory insurance laws, written by the insurance companies so they can profit more, also the high dollar tickets allow us to be subjected to an even bigger police state. Of course insurance is suppose to protect everyone and it does to a point but have you ever tried to make a claim? I made a claim, my one and only because a man falling asleep ran me off the road. After he did that it was his misfortune to get off the highway and turn right into a gas station where 2 cops were sitting there who took the whole incident down. I had a perfect report on the whole thing and turned it in with the claim. And then waited and waited and waited and finally called and the reason for the wait? THEY HAD TO PAY THE OTHER GUY FIRST! Why I asked….did they go and do that? He wasn’t injuried. He wasn’t even in the accident. He had just caused it. I had the report to prove it. Well they said he was CLAIMING INJURY! And they didn’t want to lidigate it. Finally they paid me AND THEN UPPED MY PREMIUM! That was State Farm. Frick’n great company….NOT. If you don’t think insurance is a racket you haven’t yet had to deal with them. I could write all day long about how they will SCREW YOU. Regardless I understand the need to be able to compensate those its your fault suffered damages and insurance is a necessary evil but you need to cut the insults for someone who couldn’t afford this necessary evil and was HARRASSED by a cop who did so because HE COULD. You were right in one thing. It pays to keep your nose clean for unlike all the rest of us regular folks who can do nothing but learn to be decent and forgive others when they bug us, cops can fuck with you all they want and its for your own benefit to not give them a easy excuse.
These police officers are not peace officers, thay are nothing but violent police officers, but not all of them, sadly most of them are and thats ashamed. Because we are supposed to trust and depend on them,but now a days you cant,so who can we run to or call, if a bad cop cant be trusted.The corrupt ones give a bad name to the few good police that are out there,and the bad ones are turning the good ones into dirty cops. But if the bad cops arnt being delt with by ther superiors,then we the people must have no choice but to take legal or lethal,or even a revolution action or movement of some kind of action to put a stop to all this nagitive and unnecessary violence, foolishness,and hate, we all dont need or want or care for it, not today,tommarrow or in the future. Whats wrong with some people now a days? We need to realy do something about this and come together as a community and let them know some how some way,befor the shit hits the fan. Im telling you if something is not done about this corruption in the centralia or any law enforcement department,then later dont wonder why,we the people/community went crazy and took action to our needs as far as needing good cops to look up to,respect,admire and be proud of, for being peace officers and not violent officers! Just a word or two for Norman before everyone on this site becomes very familiar with me and my numerous encounters with Centralia Police Department. Let’s remember that when officers are sworn in they vow to uphold the law to the letter of the law literally. Regardless of the minor traffic infractions Anonymous had committed it does not in any way excuse the gross abuse of position and violations of the very laws the officer swore to uphold in this instance. It is narrow minded attitudes such as yours that allows crooked cops to remain as parasites on local community coffers and feed on citizens I.e. taxpayers. I also take anonymous’ story as most likely true due to the fact he openly admits his guilt in regards to laws he violated. I believe his attitude is due to not receiving professional conduct in the contact he had with local police he employs through his tax dollars. As I post the various interactions I have had over the last twenty plus years with C.P.D. hopefully you and others that look the other way, justifying illegal police conduct, will see that this type of oppression is wrong.

i have been harrassed by the police since 2008,they first started following thru the lojack installed on my infiniti once that was disabled they started using my smartphone following me with the gps.i now have to take my battery out when i move around to keep them at bay .I have filed numerous reports but get the same reply were not following you,so i keep all my complaints and now use night vision to watch them watching me at nite.why do phone companys allow this,lexington kentucky police and state police a person should be able to move around freely.

Baltimore City police are the most ignorant in the nation. I have never had an arrest, don’t drink or have I ever done any drugs. I even avoid taking aspirin. One day I was traveling up a main street to a store when I noticed traffic backed up for some reason. I made a left hand turn and a quick right turn on a side street to come out on the other side of the intersection. That is when I got pulled over. He approached my car and the first thing that he said to me was “I know what you were doing”. I said what? He repeated it to me and asked what I was doing, which I explained. He then said I pulled you over for making an improper right hand turn. I asked for his supervisor at that point. In ten minutes another city police car pulled up and approached my vehicle. Two cars with lights flashing are now on me. He was a real ass and backed everything the other officer had said. I then asked for his supervisor and then another car pulled up with lights on. I explained what the first officer had said to me and I wanted an explanation of what he had meant. I still could not get an explanation of what he thought I was doing. My right turn was legal, but he needed a reason to pull me over and I wasn’t going to pay for a ticket for him being stupid. The second supervisor asked me why my pupils were larger and I had asked him why his were! He yelled ” because of his medication”. I said fine, give me the ticket and I’ll see you in court for the ticket and while I sue your department. The day of the trial came and I was the first one called up to the judge. He advised that the officer had lost his ticket book and that my case was dismissed.
Since then I have investigated the dirty cops of Baltimore. I have found that they get paid by certain drug dealers for protection. The street girls pay them to work the streets without problems. They also get paid in sexual favors some have told me. They even arrest competing dealers that compete against the ones that they turn the other cheek to.
Just yesterday I was taking photos of what was going on in a neighbor hood when an unmarked car pulled up one of the hookers and let her go. She crossed the street in front of me and walked back over to the officers. I could hear her say “what about that guy in that car? He has been sitting there for an hour.” Well, for one it was only 20 minutes. They came over to my car and had me exit the vehicle. They searched my car, gave me the third degree and told me that they could arrest me. I was told that if they wanted to they could find drugs on me! Yes, that means they could plant them. I was told to leave the neighbor hood and never return or I will be arrested. I was sitting in my car, minding my own business and never even talked to anyone. They were two complete asswipes. I felt like I was one of those junkies or street hookers that they arrest. I don’t want anyone to confuse the dirty Baltimore City police with the Baltimore Couny Police. The county police are fair and good officers. It is the city police that people should be aware of. They are the dirty scum of the earth. Just last year 12 of the cities officers were busted in a sting.

You may have forgotten you even blogged this but somehow I got to this section of the blog I never have seen and there was your comment dated May 8, 2012 and had to comment on it being I am from you part of the country, in fact Clayton, located next to Concord and good ole Norman Welsh, Chris’s bun buddy, 7 years ago now made a visit to my house that changed my life forever. We ordered something on line that we later found out was illiegal for a “friend” who didn’t have a computer nor a card. Had no idea this was illegal. Anyway what was ordered was 120 grams and what Norman charged us with was 3. That was in 2007. So these guys got away with that crap for years. We didn’t get charged that day in fact it was almost 3 years later. We got a notice of a warrant for each of us, my husband and I for 150,000 a piece! I didn’t have one prior! Our lawyer sucked. He got stuck on the fact that my husband admited he had ordered it the day they raided us (and found nothing but the box they had delivered to our door) and so failed to see that for what we were being charged with and our past history this bail was very excessive. So much so my husband was convinced they were really hopeing we would plead so to be released from jail. They didn’t think we’d be able to bail with it set that high and so we’d take the first bargain they came at us with. To make a long story short my charges were dropped and highly against my husbands instincts they had nothing on him and he should take it to the box, he took his stinking attorneys advice and the second deal they came at him with. He got probation and some jail time resulting in another raid on search and seizure where they came in while we weren’t home and killed my dog. I have not and will not ever be the same because of those two lowest of low life. What evil, arrogant, bound for hell on a slick shit highway those two are.

I have been a Cop for ten years in Florida, and have worked for two different agencies. In 2005 i had gone through many personal trials, and suffered the loss of my mom, house burned down, and several other traumatic events including hurricane Charlie that devastated the county. I have not drank in 15 years, and after my wife left me i began drinking again. On a off day, drinking, I called one of my Squad members over to talk, because i was depressed and needed someone to talk too. As i was balling my eyes out over recent events, He decided to step outside and call Rescue on me. He stated he thought i was having a heart attack (f@$king liar), needless to say i was given a fitness for duty evaluation, and was told i failed. I was not given the opportunity to resign, I WAS FIRED!
Now here is the story i intended to tell. A certain Deputy was screwing another deputies wife, on duty, on the back of his patrol car, in uniform, and was called in questioned and given a Administrative termination with misconduct letter. The letter is standard and goes the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. The letter i received was the same except it stated NO MISCONDUCT. The Captain from the city Police Dept. went and spoke on behalf of this deputy at a hearing with F.D.L.E. The deputy DID NOT LOSE HIS CERTIFICATION, AND WAS HIRED BY THE POLICE DEPT.
I was finally hired at another Police dept. and was going to Radar certification training when lo and behold in to class walks this deputy, and the deputy who wife he had been screwing wears the Sheriffs Deputy’s uniform he had been fired from. The short is i have been blackballed ever since. In 2008 our department was disbanded due to funding, i have not been able to get re-hired since. On one interview i was asked repeatedly if i had been drinking on, the job, no they were telling me i had been. I was extremely mad at this accusation and stated this is a lie, where is my suspension? where is the paperwork? There is none. I am/was a good cop with no violations, several written awards attesting to my professionalism, newspaper articles, and yet screwed over by the good ole boy bullshit!
To this day, NONE of my fellow officers talk to me, Why? Maybe its for the better, but I myself look for justice! Oh, and the local Police dept., 5 applications later, no phone interview, no phone call nothing Why? Disgusting to say the least. And there is a lot more, for a latter time. I had been told that the LT. never wanted me hired in the first place, i guess he had a plan in place the whole time.
Don’t sweat it I used to work for the Sullivan City Police Department but was terminated for logging in to facebook during my lunch hour. but yet there is an officer who tested positive fro cocaine and still remains on the force and to top it off he was recently promoted to corporal
I cared for my job, i wanted to help the good guys as well as the bad guys turn their lives around as i had. My youth had its troubles, but a times comes to grow up. I graduated with top honors in the academy and received several awards there. Why I have i been cast aside, this is not a pity party, It is however just not right!

Copout, I’m so sorry that you had to go through that. I know it’s why a lot of cops won’t whistlebow on the bad ones. Depends on how corrupt the whole dept is. Things have changed a lot in the past 25 – 30 years in police work, and not for the better. Yeah it’s wrong! No GOOD cop should have to suffer all that. This is the reality now though and when good cops aren’t allowed to do good, that’s when regular citizens will have to stand up and jump in to do the whistleblowing. You must be very discouraged. But cheer up because you can still do plenty of good by opening up to tell everyone what’s going on. You can be a whistleblower on all of the rogue cops out there. FL is a tough place to work the profession, as it’s particularly corrupt. A lot of ‘favoritism’ and dirty tricks.’ Good luck to you and screw them that blackballed you. You don’t need that anyway. Dear Enforcer, I really like your site. America, more than ever before, desperately needs sites like this and for these sites to become popular if we ever hope to reverse the slope of an evil and corrupt “Police State” wherein our Constitutional Rights are no longer protected, respected or enforced by the courts, especially that crowd of monkies at SCOTUS. I have to say it, they remind me of a bunch crazy monkies whose SCROTUM never quit itching and they keep scratching. I am a totally disabled and highly decorated Vietnam Veteran. I have disabilities that wrack me with pain and there are times that I can barely walk. Sometimes when I am walking out in public it may appear that I am intoxicated because of my gait. A couple of months ago someone anonymously called the local police that I was intoxicated and was driving (but I had not been drinking). I was stopped, improperly given the standard roadside sobriety tests (being disabled, which the arresting police officer knew because of Veteran Disability plates on my car, I should have been given alternate disability-considerate tests), I told the officer that I could not perform those tests, but he insisted and when I could not perform them he arrested me. Having retired from the US Army Military Police Corps (I was retired early for my disabilities) I was well aware before we arrived at the police station how the Breathalzyers can be easily tampered with, so when I was ordered to take the Breathalzyer, I refused stating why and opted for the Independent Blood Test. At that point do I ever have a story to tell; corruption, improper blood draw procedure (no OVI kit was used), probable tampering with the blood draw (it takes only three grains of table sugar dropped in the blood to create a stratispheric alcohol level in the blood by the time it arrives at the criminal lab). I hired an attorney of course. He offered me a discount rate for the
case because he was probably thinking that I would accept a plea deal. Now I think that he regrets that he took the case. I have no intention of accepting any such agreement. So now the case is molving through the pre-trial phases and petitions. When it’s over, no matter the outcome, I plan on telling the whole story and posting it here.
I find it very ironic how the colors Red, White and Blue represent Freedom, Liberty, Truth and Justice until you see them flashing behind you in your a rear-view mirror. Enforcer, have you considered obtaining an Amazon merchant’s account and offering a link on your website to it to sell your bumper stickers (and I sure other coming merchandise, such as hats and T-Shirts). Lots of people would probably support you, if they had that safety option in online purchases. Lots of people, like myself, no longer use PayPal either because of a lot of dirty tricks they’ve done to people over the years.
If you had that option I would certainly purchase merchandise from you to lend support to your efforts. And it’s not that I don’t trust you, it’s the actual security of the transaction service. You don’t understand. We are brought up to think of the police as the good guys. The men who can be trusted to help and make things better. These people writing here aren’t bad guys crying because they were caught and got what they had coming. Your assumption this is the case is exactly what is wrong with police mentality. For some reason men who become cops either came to the job with a need to be the better man and never could make the grade or found once hired that this power the badge affords them is something they deserve for they are special among men, giving them this attitude toward others that makes them automatically assume the worst, disrespectful of anothers interests, makes it impossible for them to assume innocence until proven guilty. According to an arrest report released by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Officer Garret Vandereecken had been abusing the daughter of a family friend and former co-worker for as long as he had been a police officer. The report indicates Vandereecken first abused a young girl on a camping trip to Utah in 2008, the same year he began his career with the LVMPD. The girl told authorities the abuse began in 2008, when she was just 11 years old, on a Memorial Day camping trip to Zion National Park in Southern Utah. While the officer shared a tent with both the victim and his girlfriend, he allegedly touched the pre-teen inappropriately multiple times while Vandereecken’s girlfriend is said to have been asleep beside them.
The following day, Vandereecken apparently asked the girl, who admitted she was confused about what happened, if he “scared” her, and then told he how much trouble he would be in if she were to tell anyone. Claiming she did not fully understand that Vandereecken’s behavior was wrong, she kept silent. This was also the same year Vandereecken vowed to avoid all violence against women as part of the Safe Nest pledge. The abuse allegedly continued over the next three years.
During that time, Vandereecken, allegedly repeated the abuse in a series of escalating incidents, all during out-of-state family camping trips. The girl told authorities that she continued to spend time alone with the Metro officer because would play and swim with her when she was bored. She likened him to “her best friend.” Vandereecken allegedly confided problems in his relationship with the teen, telling her he was unhappy with his girlfriend but “stuck with her” because of her pregnancy.

In August of 2011, during a trip to Wyoming’s Yellowstone National Park, the girl claims Vandereecken’s sexual contact become more serious than his earlier groping. And a few months later, while attending a sexual assault class at her school she heard stories similar to hers. The girl also told police that it was at that time she learned the officer was expecting a child with his girlfriend and she was concerned the abuse would continue if they had a daughter.

I’m in a very complex situation in Ferry County, and I believe that criminals connected to Homeland Security are masquerading as police officers and law enforcement officers here. I’ve been repeatedly burglarized with covert entry (I believe keyed) searches and burglaries and they are ongoing (last known illegal entry on 6/15/12). I have just realized that the people involved in my “watch list” surveillance / burglaries, have been bringing back some of the stolen items from previous burglaries and planting them in the house, in these repeated illegal entries, as well as stealing new items. They have been using times when I have been briefly out of the house on tasks, for even just recently, approximately a 5 minute weekly trip to take the garbage down the street for its’ weekly pickup. Another ILLEGAL entry and burglary, at Malo , occurred AFTER the installation of HIGH SECURITY DEADBOLTS costing over $400, and happened between the hours of 9:00 AM on 4/17/2012 until 2:30 AM 4/18/2012. Some items stolen in one burglary have been returned in subsequent burglaries. Burglaries have continued & locks are worthless against criminals masquerading as law
enforcement. Some of the items stolen are : lots of kitchenware (including
vintage Watkins pie plates & lots of heart shaped cooking/baking items), leather, household, office & apparel items (lots of synthetic suede garments, stretch pants & denims), books, CDs, Star Trek collectibles, jewelry, as well as hair care (& lots of hair sprays), expensive cosmetic & fragrance items (Shalimar, Jessica McClintock, Ritz/Charles of the Ritz, Revlon etc). At least one other residence at Malo has also been illegally entered, a gun safe was entered, and property has been vandalized. I believe these are political “watch” list, surveillance connected

Patrick Rainer would not give me an incident report for the last burglary that I know about, occurring on 6/15/12. I believe that he is a criminal masquerading as a police officer now. If anyone knows the best way to deal with this let me know. Well… All this stuff on Centralia PD is interesting… I grew up in that town, left for the military became a military police officer and was hired on at centralia PD and worked there for about a year. Back then, Byrnes was the only real deuche. His son is a known dealer, byrnes used to stock my mom and other various females have told me similar stories.
There are still a few good ones, Officer Croy, Mike Lowery, and detectives denham and buster are just a few to name. The newer officers apparently are shit, from what i’m hearing. One’s been harassing my mom as well apparently. and a good friend of mine also was assaulted to no end while walking home one night after a few drinks.
I don’t know what’s changed since 2007 when i worked there, but it wasn’t that bogus in 07. Get some justice and seriously do what you can to get rid of the bad cops. Unfortunately some deuches slip through the cracks and end up in law enforcement, which sickens me. With how things are, I rarely tell anyone that i used to wear a badge, just because the some law enforcement out there, give all law enforcement a bad name. I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate what you are doing with this site and commend you for the courage to do this. There are so many out there who have been mistreated by the police and it has ruined their lives yet do nothing about it out of fear of even more mistreatment or worse. Their fear is justified because the mentality of a “dirty cop” is certainly one that would justify “revenge” if somebody were to cast their name in a bad light. So feel good in knowing that what you are doing is a noble cause and maybe will encourage others to come forward with the injustices they have been dealt. It takes numbers to really make a difference, but it takes only one to inspire those numbers.
I have lived in Lewis County pretty much my whole life and am in a situation where I hear of the foul things the local police are doing to citizens all the time. I would like it to be known that I certainly don’t think all cops are bad and for the most part have been treated fairly by them on the few encounters (traffic stops) I have had with them, but know and have seen myself how many abuse their power in situations with friends and acquaintances. The Centralia Police Department is the perfect catalyst for a site like this to be created and it should be no surprise to them that somebody has finally had enough and raising awareness of it. I know former Chehalis Police officers who have said that Centralia has always had, lets just say, a not totally honest police force to put it politely. Unfortunately in the last few years Chehalis has attracted a few officers that seem to have the Centralia cop code as well. Officer Ayers (sp?) in particular is a prick and has lied in police reports to make his arrests stick and Officer Roberts likes to flaunt his power and is overly aggressive and lied on reports himself. Not to the extent of Ayers though from what I understand. Centralia however seems to just be out of control. Like the founder of this site said in one of his videos Officer Haggardy (sp?) in particular seems to be latest one who seems to think they are the second coming of Wyatt Earp. Lets not forget that if you know about Wyatt Earp he was a criminal that became a cop and abused his power frequently. He wasn’t the guy you see in the movie Tombstone. I have been hearing his name constantly for the last year or so since he came here from the Thurston County area. Lowery (not sure which one as there are more in the Centralia PD) is also a name that pops up a lot and from what I understand if he didn’t wear a badge he basically fits the profile of a stalker. There are others, but I don’t want to write a book here.
I realize that the job of being in law enforcement isn’t easy and they are constantly dealing in all things negative. There is no way that wouldn’t affect somebody after a while, but many of the stories I hear sound like guys who just have a chip on their shoulder and seem to thrive on spreading the negativity (for lack of a better word) to many of the citizens of the community who they know are basically helpless to fight back. They are arrested and given whichever public pretender (defender) is being rotated through who will do next to nothing to stand up for their clients’ legal rights. Eventually they are sent off for a while only to come back to be put through the local probation department of DOC who are a bunch of overly aggressive cowboys themselves who couldn’t make the squad. It basically puts many decent people in a situation that is next to impossible to get out of and effectively shatters any hope of a normal “productive” life.
Here is where I will probably discredit my viewpoint in the eyes of many, but I am just being honest. Most of the people who I hear the stories from have issues with drugs which as we all know are illegal. Ninety-Five percent of those people are good people who do not break any other laws and would be productive citizens if they hadn’t had the misfortune of running across the local police who love to prey on these people because they are easy targets and it is an easy way to generate revenue (which is what it is ALL about) for the state. Nevermind the fact that it pushes the people who go through the system into poverty and eventually have no money to pay their fines thus choking any revenue that can be gained from them. They become unemployable because of their “criminal” record and lose all hope basically forcing them to become a burden on society due to their lack of production. I realize I am getting into a whole other argument here, but it can start with the police choosing to change their approach. Maybe they could take a minute and figure out which of these people deserve to be punished like the burglars, thieves, shoplifters, and violent offenders and which ones do not who are otherwise law abiding citizens. The police have the ability and technology and god knows the funding to have that information. So instead of going to work everyday like they’re going out into the wild west and where they have the mentality that arrest numbers, no matter how they are attained, determines how good of a cop (or in their eyes how much of a man [or woman]) you are, but instead help people when it is requested and be polite to them (which the police are usually not) and also solve some real crimes. How many murders around here get solved? How many of these burglaries get foiled? How many sexual crimes are thwarted before they occur? Maybe do that instead of pick on the same group of people who enjoy a buzz day in and day out. Be protectors and servers of the people. Do it professionally. Do it fairly and I think you’d find it would be a big step in a positive direction and instead of being just another group of thugs who also carry a badge you would be people who others respect, look up to, and would even be considered a friend. Take complaints of unethical officers seriously and weed out the repeat offenders. Don’t recruit them and get a gang of them for god’s sake. Cast them out of here, and better yet, out of the profession because they obviously aren’t fit for it. Do this and I really think it would help this become a respected community which at this point it is far from that.

I worked my shift, went & got tags & insurance for my car that I had just got the day before, by then it was too late to go get a safety sticker… Of course I get stuck going through a road block… Fucking Mississippi cops! He asked for proof of insurance (which I had with me since I had just got it). Well when I went to show him my old insurance card from another car was on top & he said it was expired & for the wrong car… I told him sorry it was the wrong one & told him I have it & went to hand him the correct one & he told me just hold on & he would look at it after he wrote my no safety sticker ticket… He went back to his car & came back with 2 tickets… One for no safety sticker & one for no insurance. I showed him my insurance card & he said just show it to the judge & he will throw it out. Bunch of fucking bull shit! So now I have to lose a day of pay for trying to do the right thing. A day of pay is food for the week in my household…. I fucking HATE cops!!!

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III said Cohen’s arrest a year ago was the result of a joint investigation conducted by the HCPO Bureau of Professional Standards and the Town of Clinton Police Department Internal Affairs Unit.
Prosecutor Kearns said, “In June 2011, the Town of Clinton Police Department Internal Affairs Unit began an investigation into possible misconduct by Patrolman Leon Cohen. It soon became apparent that the investigation involved criminal acts. At that time, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office joined the investigation. Evidence obtained by detectives resulted in Cohen being charged with official misconduct, theft and forgery.”

A California state judicial commission has censured an Orange County Superior Court judge for misconduct for trying to have an assessment on his wife’s traffic ticket fixed.

First off, they will have to get up every day and learn to Respect themselves and what they do before they will ever start to help the community. An Ellisville process server has sued a Lamar County Sheriff’s deputy for allegedly using undue force in denying him the right to serve legal process to a Lamar County woman, asking for at least $200,000 in compensatory and punitive damages.
Robert David Keith alleges that he was wrongfully arrested, assaulted and searched, resulting in the illegal seizure of his property in a July 2011 incident.
Keith filed his lawsuit against Doug Boutwell in Lamar County Circuit Court on June 18. The lawsuit represents only one side of the story.
The suit, which alleges civil rights violations, assault and battery, false arrest and malicious prosecution among other claims, was removed to U.S. District Court last week.
Keith’s complaint states he traveled to an address in Hattiesburg to serve legal process on a Donna Morgan.
“At the same location, Boutwell criminally interfered with Keith’s duty and right to serve process on Morgan,” the complaint states. “… Keith tossed the process on Morgan’s front lawn, turned around and returned to his car … Immediately thereafter, Boutwell pointed his Taser weapon at Keith, and threatened to deploy Taser darts into Keith’s person.”
Keith claims the deputy handcuffed him, searched him unlawfully, seizing his concealed weapon and ammunition, and left a dent in the hood of Keith’s car.
He also claims Boutwell caused Keith to be held in the Lamar County Jail for an unreasonable amount of time without a telephone call or an attorney, and also asserts that Boutwell caused the county to refuse Keith’s right to make a criminal complaint.
“Boutwell refuses to return Keith’s personal property, including his personal handgun,” the lawsuit states.
Arguing that Boutwell acted recklessly, negligently and intentionally, Keith claims several of his rights were violated.
“Boutwell’s misconduct caused violations of Keith’s constitutional rights, including his right to liberty, freedom from wrongful detention and excessive force, freedom of speech, freedom from malicious prosecution, access to the Courts, and due process,” the complaint states.
The complaint also argues that Boutwell intentionally and maliciously “made harmful and offensive contact with Keith,” and “caused pursuit of criminal charges against Keith without probable cause.”
Keith also makes an interference-with-business claim, arguing his process service business was damaged as a result of the incident.
Attempts on Monday to reach both Keith’s attorney, Timothy J. Matusheski, and Boutwell’s attorney, William Robert Allen, were unsuccessful.

Before making his ruling in the two-day trial, Circuit Judge Clayton Crane said the case was an especially difficult one to rule on, given the poor quality of the surveillance tape and having to rule on the limits of police force.
“That being said, I have a video. There’s no other explanation in the video,” he said.

Houston Police officer Adan Jimenez Carranza was put in jail on Friday after DNA evidence linked him to a rape he is accused of committing in June. The victim says that she was involved in fender bender with other cars when Carranza came to the scene and directed all parties to a nearby parking lot. She says Carranza handcuffed her and put her in the back of his patrol car. He then waited until the other people involved in the accident left the scene, and raped her in the backseat. He had his badge and gun on the entire time.

I live in New Jersey in a suburb of NYC (Garfield, about 25 minutes from manhattan).. My town is so corrupt I dont know where to start. The past few months there has been protests going on about the teenaer who was shot dead by police officers, which is a horriffic and tragic story, but my story is this… the protestors in my town are now going after the cheif of police because of nepotism. The story goes that the cheif of Police’s son was, and is, a known drug dealer in Garfield NJ. BUT a few years ago, while his son was living with [s]aid drug dealers in an apartment, he decided to quietly move out of the apartment one night, leaving his clothes and some belongings behind… 1-2 days later after him leaving, that same apartment was raided and busted for selling marajuana. The other roomates were charged, but not the cheif of poilices son. I, myself, has bought marajuana from MARK AMOS, the cheif of Police’s son, in Garfield, NJ, and even smoked it with him in his fathers house. Mark Amos is now a police officer in garfield, nj and has never been charged with anything….the article and article[s] can be found on many different referenced sites to show guilt but I believe nepotism plays a role here and if this is allowed then this man was a crooked individual to begin with which can only mean that he is now a crooked cop. Although I do not own http://www.seviercorruption.com, I have distributed material at the Sevier County Courthouse in its support, and when asked under oath about any affiliation, I gladly admitted being involved. There is a small group of people here who agree that corruption in law enforcement needs to be brought to an end. The biggest crooks are Cops, backed by Corrupt Judges.
I write you to inform you that one of your stories is flawed. You have listed as a dirty Cop Mark Lipton. You have Mr. Lipton wrong. Officer lipton was required to release a DUI offender by the Sheriff of Sevier County. He made issue of the order. Officer Lipton came to and attended many meetings of our group as because of his integrity he felt a responsibility to the community to disclose many an issue.
Mark was not the instigator of the ATV incident. He was working in Jefferson County as an officer after being forced from his job in Sevier County. He was then railroaded by the Good Ole Boy system that runs rampant in most Law Enforcement Agency’s in TN. The gun he had was his service revolver. After looking into the issues surrounding Law enforcement in TN for several years, it is clear that the Judiciary protects dirty cops, the do not prosecute them. Corruption in the TN Judiciary is not only in Sevier County, but all the way up to the Supreme Court of the State of Tennessee. In fact there is a pending complaint against Gary Wade who was just appointed Chief Justice for violations of the Cannons of Judicial Conduct. Problem in TN is, there is no outside oversight of the Judiciary. The Judiciary in TN regulates itself. Imagine that? What an easy breeding ground for corruption at the highest level. I sat in at trial, it was a sham from the get go. The District Attorney’s own witness’ contradicted each other. I find Officer Lipton to be of genuine concern when he undertook his duties to protect the public. Always evenhandedly enforcement of the Law. I would appreciate you looking into the facts a bit deeper and consider a retraction, and publication of the true dirty cop, Sheriff of the Year in TN, Ronald Hoss Seals. We have records where he purchased from the prisoner food budget such things as shrimp, ribs, 6 tons of sugar and the list goes on. When asked to see the items, the Sheriff can not produce. Sure looks like a money laundering scheme to me that includes the 4th Judicial District, District Attorney James Dunn.
If you truly wish to get into a bunch of crooked Cops, come take a look at Sevier County. Per Capita, Sevier County generates the most revenue for the State than any other County. Ranking #3 outright only behind Davidson and Shelby County.

My problem with them is this a desk officer well basically a receptionist for the police dept was giving my home address out to people so they could call the cops on me for no reason. when they came to my house I would explain to them who i thought it was and of course they didnt listen . I had to be harrassed several times until finally I investigated the situatio MY DAM SELF and looked for her. I found her at the second precint after about six months of being scared to be arrested for no fuckin reason made a complaint. I then received a letter 9 months later stating what I said was true, this ho claims she got a paid vacay ova it so now I retained a lawyer. I know she still has a job and that doesnt sit to well with me because i was living in fear for almost 2 years point blank all these officers are a fuckin joke!

Last week i heard a very interesting story about a 82 year old lady in my town who had died and her daughter found her journal that she had kept for 40 years.the daughter told some of the things her mother had written about her local police here is a bit of that journal ” I here the police batons as they wail against the body’s of my neighbors I here the cry’s of the little children as they run toward the street were the beaten body’s of their parents lay I see my neighbors kneeling down in what looks like a river of blood caring for the innocent people who were just beaten by the police wearing a badge that they have dishonored I am to afraid to step on to my porch afraid that they will return as i no they will O GOD O GOD make them stop.that part was written on 7-21-1976 .It seems she lived in fear of her own police dept,In one passage she wrote ” the savage police are back is this the night i die “. On Aug 14th, while driving to NY from Florida with my younger brother, his 3 year old daughter, my wife and our 6 year old to attend a wedding, we were pulled over in Baltimore by the Maryland Transportation Authority police. The 1st officer stated that we were stopped because of the clear licence plate tag on the car which was illegal in the state of Maryland. He then asked for my licence and registration, returned to his car. After about a minute, he returned with a 2nd officer and said he needed us to get out of the car because he smelled marijuana smoke. This was BS, we dont smoke drugs, and marijuana has a very recognizable odor. Another cop came and removed my entire family out of the car, and proceeded to “search” my car, our luggage, the engine, the spare tire. Apparently the word “search” to the MDTA police means using a knife to attempt to pry apart the dash resulting in cuts to the vinyl, ripping up the carpet in the back seat, breaking the center console, searching through my wife and child’s underwear and the personal belongings of my brother and his 3 yr old daughter. One of the male officers illegally frisked my wife while another put the kids in the back seat of their filthy squad car. Officer 3 belittled my brother and I in a manner that leads me to believe he was baiting me and taunting me to get unruly. At this point I was fuming and cursing at the cops and demanding them to stop the warrant-less search and let us go. They ignored me and kept my wife, my son and niece in the back of a squad car, and kept my younger brother and I detained against our will against the gaurd rail on the side of I95. Long story short, I got a quote for the repair of my vehicle and its over $1400. Ive submitted a claim online via fax only for the state of Maryland to say it may take 6 months before they determine if they will pay for the damages. My son was deeply affected by this and even writes about it in his 1st grade class journal, and I have been affected as well. Ive been waiting for the internal affairs dept to complete their investigation, and send me a copy of the report. I am planning on contacting a lawyer for a civil claim and will use the report, along with the dash cam video and audio recordings as evidence. Be wary and careful while traveling in the State of Maryland. They illegally detained my family, damaged my car and threw insults at my brother and I.

Do to the corrupt actions of members of a major metropolitan police force and apparently the then medical examiner of that county. You have some one in your midst who commands a vast fortune, and has the personality of a psychotic 13 year old. The most corrupt dirty cop operations are happening in Florida with these bogus sex sting operations with law enforcement lying to everyone how they are arresting these men. They are CREATING sex offenders and not catching them. The men responding to the suggestive ads they are placing in the “adult encounter” section of Craigslist are not looking for minors in the first place. Law enforcement is using sex as the bait and then switching the scenario. Its absolutely ridiculous and they are getting away with it due to the nature of the crime and public sentiment towards it. They are doing these stings for no reason and wasting taxpayer dollars in the process. The lure and enticement of men in the fashion they are is not only immoral/unethical, but it is illegal. We are fighting back!
I witnessed something very disturbing tonight. A 16 year old (or somewhere close by there , definaltey a high schooler) young black male was sitting in his maroon car outside of the walmart out by iriqous here. He was parked in the fire lane at 10pm(when it wasnt busy)
a gentlemen in his silver crown vic in street cloths with his wife in a black n red(possibly a bulls jacket) pulled up blocking him in. he proceeded to the car and stated he was an off duty cop, but never showed the young man his badge. he said this is a fire lane u cant park here, he refused to move his car for the boy to do so, he asked for his license, the young guy stated he left his wallet at home. Instead of the officer getting his name and social which is procedure, he then started yelling very loudly at the young man on how he conviently didnt have a license. The officer told him to step out of the car now. the young man said no, at that point the officer proceeded to stick himself through the window and hit the young man. It wasnt even a matter of seconds and the officer was throwing him on the hood and slamming him, at this point i called 911, told them the officer had been hitting the young man, the young man then got free off the officer and had started to call 911 himself this made the cop irate, he told the young man to get back on his car face down or he was gonna mace him, the young man ran and hide behind my husband and me. the officers wife then decided to get out and call either 911 or other officers or something. the off duty cop then proceeded to search the young mans car(without permission). Then 2 more police cars(these were marked showed up) so the boy went back over there. there were 3 uniformed officers within those 2 cars who one of (at least one of, knew the off duty officer) and immediately handcuffed the young man. then the off duty officer proceeded to me and my husband to state he was an officer and flipped his badge to intimidate us. the young man could have very well have ran if he wanted when he got away from the officer, he didnt not. my husband and i proceeded to put our groceries away at this point because we were so shocked at was was happening. we didnt want to be in the middle, but i cant believe thi sofficer is going to get away with hitting this young man. i am going to contact the local news stations, and hopefully the officer will be on walmart security somewhere. i know his number is 65, but that is all, and his car. i also snapped a pitcure of all the officers there and the young man. the young man had nothing in his car, no weapons no drugs, he was clean cut, and his pants werent sagging. he seemed like a good kid. the officer seemed like he was on pills or drunk or something. it just scares me to live here in louisville ky. the officers are getting out of control and are pretty much doing whatever it seems and getting away with it, till it makes it to the news n they have to let the officer go so they dont get bad publicity. i am a middle aged white female, i have been pulled over on the ghetto side of town and the officer had the audacity to ask me what is a white girl from the highlands doing on this side of town this late. i simple told him i was here with my best freind and she was black, he searched my car called the dogs, was certain i was doing drugs. i had to get a lawyer for that, n still had to pay court cost and go to 10 classes to show i wasnt a druggie. that is so absurd, ecspecially since my adopted dad is a detective in indiana. i have told my husband i really think twice about living over here, it has gotten scary over here, people dying left and right , dirty cops everywhere. how would i go about turning this officer in? so this boy gets justice. Is there anyone watching how these officers are acting? we need to drug test all of our police officers, which they dont, and i think before they get hired they need a psycological exam, and that should be annually , and more for those who have had problems(like divorce, home problem, deat, new partners, etc etc, anything that is super stressful, they are people after all and can have tendencies, but they need kept in check, and an officer of the law should be able to do so). i mean they are suppose to be there to protect us and make us feel safe. is the police that keep the black and white side of town seperated and they use that to their advantage. Believe it or not louisville is one of the most racsist police forces i have seen, even the white officers using the “n” word. I just cant believe i witnessed a teenage boy getting hit by an out of control officer, he was taking i out on that boy, something was seriously wrong with the officer, i hope they didnt arrest the boy, but no one talked to me and my husband , no one took a report, and he was still handcuffed cold and scared standing there, when we left. Robert Kresky was shot 16 times in the back wile trying to flee from a stolen SUV. Detective Mork informed a known informant before the family of the young man even heard. The family was told by medical staff he had been shot in the leg. Then they were told by medical staff he was shot several times. It wasnt untill 4 days later wile the family watch as he was being unplugged were they informed he had been shot 16 times in the back. The doctor ,who was not present but spoke with the mother of Robert Kresky, told her he was dead before he arrived at the hosptial. The hosptial spent hours hooking his heart and lungs up to machines to assist the CSPD in covering up the horrible excecution of this young man who was unarmed and running away when he was gunned down. The following day his brother, Jashua Kresky who was wanted on a felony escape from leaving a halfway house. Was attacked by a k9 wile trying to flee and witnesses say Officer Bauer allowed his K9 Rico to attack Jashua well beyond the point of capture. The officers then proceeded to beat Jashua themselves so badly his vision was impaired for 3 days after because of repeatedly being hit in his head on top of all other damage all over his body. Later he was granted an escorted release by Judge prince to attened his brothers funeral but couldnt attened because the sheriff department refused to escort him and when the mother spoke with them the simply hung up on her. These boys broke the law, but the treatment they got from law enforcement isnt even saved for murderers , sexually violent preditors or any other type of criminals. These dirty cops and every one working with them need to be exposed so this dosnt happen to any other family
I’ve been the victim of Police Corruption too. Once, i got arrested for calling a cop a bastard–and I had actually muttered it to myself, but someone told him I had said it. So what happened? I was arrested for use of fighting words…got put on probation for a year–sorry bastards. In Georgia, bastard isnt even considered a fighting word.

My Husband use to be a small town cop in Trinidad Colorado, and the stories he told me I was in shock. Well my husband was married to a women who is related to some Officers here and the Cheft Of Police so with threats of losing his job and going to jail he was forced to quite. We left that little town came back this year and I guess she is still mad because he has been arrested twice in December. My husband didnt play by the Good Ol Boy rules and was not going to violate someone rights just because other Officers didnt like him. I also have signed statement from 2 detective and 2 Street Officer and 1 former employee and in those statement they lied on investgation reports to try and get my husband fired. and the charges keep getting dropped because there is no proof of the crimes. These cops are not about inforcing the Law they believe they are above it.
Its January 3rd and there has been 4 more officer involved shootings that ended in death of a suspect since Robert Jeremiah Kresky. Still no police report or autopsy report. The hospital wont answer any questions, the coroner wont answer any questions, police wont speak to any of the family and even the media chooses to ignore us and mentions all officer involved shootings but his when kktv reported on homicides in 2012.

I would like to know how to call internal affairs to report a dirty police dept and have them investigated.
My brother lived in a small town in PA. He was found dead in his apt. There was no sign of foul play the coroner said. He apparently died of a heart attack. My daughter appeared on the scene. The coroner, whom she knew, pulled her aside and told her $9 was found in my brother’s wallet and $2459 was found in a box under his bed. Had the coroner not confided this, we would’ve never known about the money because the police contacted no one in the family about it. If there was no foul play and my brother died of natural causes and his wallet and ID were found on him, what possible reason could the police have for ransacking his apt and going through his personal belongings?
As my brother’s next of kin, I called down to the police station to have them release the money to my daughter so she could make funeral arrangements. My other brothers and I live out of state (I live 3,000 miles away) and we were all in agreement that my daughter should handle everything. The funeral home has all our written permissions. The police captain was extremely hostile and rude and all but called me a liar when I identified myself as my brother’s sister. “You could be anyone,” he snapped. It would be pretty easy to establish my identity. It was pretty obvious that he was angry that I knew about the money. He was even nastier to my daughter. He was downright belligerent towards her. He refuses to release the money and says we’ll have to go to court.
I told him my older brothers would be in town for the funeral. One of them has worked for a major newspaper for the last 30 years. The other is a pastor. I myself am a gov’t employee. The captain then started back-peddling and saying, “Oh! I can release the money to them! I just can’t release the money to anyone.” I replied, “Oh you mean you just can’t release the money to any woman.” I can’t believe I have to put with such sexist crap in this day and age. That boy has no business being on the police force with his attitude towards women, much less a police captain.
Since then, some of the towns people have informed me the police routinely do this. They ransack people’s places who have died and steal their money. This is unacceptable. I would like to blow the whistle on these thieves. It’s pretty sad when the police are worse criminals than the people they lock up.
So how do I go about this?
Luckynkl, I am extremely sorrowful to hear about the sudden death of your brother and that it has to be compounded by the immoral and unlawful actions of a corrupt police department. Here are my suggestions:
1. You mention that it is a police department in a small town in Pennsylvania. It is unlikely that they even have a legitimate Internal Affairs Department. If they have any such thing at all, it would probably be an additional duty assigned to, of course, one of their own officers who is not unbiased and is a member of the local Blue Brotherhood. This route will get you nowhere.
2. Probably your best and only real solution is to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General who is by State Constitutional Law the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for Pennsylvania. BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) is the actual OAG Department where you should file your complaint and here is the link to their website: http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/theoffice.aspx?id=455
Also you mentioned that some towns people have told you that the Police Department’s actions are typical and they have done these things before. 3. If the Coroner is willing to testify or be interviewed by OAG/BCI/OCO Investigators about what he told your sister, you probably have a valid criminal act by a corrupt and racketeering police department. If he is unwilling due to possible pressures (you know what I mean) then forget it, your complaint will never get off first base.
4. Assuming that the Coroner is willing, then begin writing out in your best narrative what you want to tell the OAG Investigators. Writing it out helps to clarify in your mind exactly what your complaint is and later helps in your oral arguments to anyone. For instance, where you are at a point in your narrative that you are confident of what you want to tell someone orally, then call that Mob Capo back and tell him exactly what you intend to do, but not tell him about the Coroner who is your Ace in the Hole. Just tell him that you have informers and witnesses to back up your Complaint to OAG Investigators. My wager would be that this will really shake him and the entire Police Racket in that town and you will get a positive response.
5. Also tell that SOB that if they correct their mistakes (crimes) that you will suspend your action and not file it with the OAG until and unless you hear about another criminal act that they have committed. This may or may not work to clean up a “Dirty Cops Department”, but it is worth the moral and morale effort. If it works then I say “God Bless you for taking the time to do exactly what God would have you do!” These are the kind of actions that keep America Strong and Blessed!

Assistant Police Chief Gary Waldrop of the Gatlinburg Tennessee Police Department does not agree with the 2nd Amendment. Told me as much today. Told me I was not premitted to carry a weapon to protect myself without being arrested. What an idiot. I ask him if that applied to everyone. He said yes. Later in the day, I found that my life had been threatened on Topix.net in the Sevier County Tennessee Forum. This is not the first time my life has been threatened on Topix. When it happened before the Detective in charge of the Case told me he was told to stop investigating by the City Attorney. Wow.
Of course I called to file another complaint. Was met with a reply that the language was a statement, not a threat. I told him he was saying that because I believed the threats had been made by Law Enforcement and that is why the City Attorney stopped the first investigation.

I truly believe that Law Enforcement is behind these postings and thats is why they refuse to investigate. I informed the Gatlinburg Police Department that I would carry a weapon under the 2nd Amendment unabridged by any State or Local Law as allowed by the United States Supreme Court case law. I was then informed that the Gatlinburg Police Department would be happy to charge me with violating State Law and it would take years for me to win my position. I then said thanks, you are being recorded and you just admitted that you will bend the law to meet your desire infringing on my Civil Liberties.
Gatlinburg Tennessee is a police state already! Ran like Hitler ran Germany!
I have also been in contact with one of the Gatlinburg, TN City Commissioners. I told his that although based on U.S. Supreme Court rulings and established case law under Terry vs. Ohio, Delaware vs. Prouse, Brown vs. Texas and Deberry. vs U.S. that the United States Supreme Court has ruled that no State or Local Government has the right to create Legislation that infringes or goes against my 2nd. Amendment rights to bear arms. Now each time I leave my home, I call to inform all Law Enforcement agency in which Jurisdiction I am going through that I am exercising my 2nd Amendment rights for protection. They know me, know what I drive and where I live. Looks like they have discovered they have no teeth in there position.
Yesterday, I call the Sevier County TN Sheriffs Department to report what they too say is a crime when I use my 2nd amendments rights. When the officer on the phone answered, they hung up just because they know my voice and that it was me calling. So now I don’t even seem to be able to report to the Police that I am committing what they consider a crime…. Amazing.
The intelligence of Law Enforcement in Sevier County TN is at the lowest point I have ever seen in my life, and I have lived here all of my life. I report that I will use my 2nd Amendment rights to protect myself. The Law Enforcement say its a crime. I call to report what they consider to be a crime, and they hang up. WTF, Law Enforcement in Sevier County Tennessee don’t even want to know when what they contend is a crime is about to be committed.
I was also told by the City Attorneys office on 2-27-13 that the City Attorney could not speak to me directly. I replied that there is no present case or charges pending before any Court of Competent Jurisdiction. So, the only legal reason he must not be able to talk to me was due to him instructing that the Death Threats made against me not be investigated. He, the City Attorney, must now know that he is in jeopardy for his instruction to stop an ongoing investigation.
There must be a requirement in Tennessee that If you score above a 75 on a I.Q. test, you can not be in Law Enforcement.
Cops seemed to go off the hook for a while with this “terrorist threats” thing. I know somone who was pissed at his wife and told her “I’ll kill you bitch” you know, like we all have said or heard a thousand times as a matter of expressing ourselves but not meaning it seriously. He said it on a answering machine, however, and she really was a bitch, mad at their breaking up and turned in the tape. He got 2 years! Making threats to someone is as bad a carrying it out it seems……depending on who says it, of course. Sounds like you would do well to move.

The right to govern flows from the Federal level to the State level, then to the Local level. All States must comply with Federal Law and can not create legislation that goes against the Federal Laws, if they do adopt such legislation, it is unlawful legislation. Local Governments must also follow State and Federal law in the legislation they create. If a Local Law violates the State or Federal Law, it too is unlawful.
To clark king ..Your right this is how its suppose to work but you know what? Our constitution dont mean nothing any more. Our president is UNQUALIFIED to be president and yet he is president. Everyone of the 52 secretary of states, whose duty it is to make sure the presidential canidates are qualified before presenting them to the voters to be voted on allowed his ballot to be presented, not once but twice! Obama brazenly and openingly admits his father a citizen of Britian I guess he figured correctly that we don’t know enough about this to notice. Those that did took 4 years to get him to court over it for no court would hear the case and then when he refused to show up in court to answer to this, the judge who had time to make his ruling because plantiff wanted the evidence submitted, giving the judge a few days to rule on it, said that day he would rule that day in favor of planitiffs. That time to rule however gave the powers that be time to get to him and when he came back with his dicision it was the most whacked ruling making no legal sense but in Obama’s favor. It was so defeating. To qualify for president you must be a natural born citizen. To be a NATURAL BORN citizen BOTH parents must first become or be citizens which his father clearly is and was not. Neither was Mitt Romeny’s! It makes no difference if he was born in Hawaii or where ever. That whole mess about his birth certificate was a something to get us off the real problem with his citizenship. His SS number has been PROVEN to be stolen from a man who lived and died in N.J. Hes a fraud, the powers that be know it. Like I was stating the way the police conduct themselves here in Calif. is unconstitutional and the lawyers know it and unless you have the money up front to pay for their help in court your dead in the water. The dirty cop that arrested me in Ventura, CA later took his own life after he lied on the witness stand @ my pretrial. Several other dirty officers were involved, but Officer Ricky Payne had been using meth for a while and was being brought up on charges of misconduct. Payne, who was the same age as Flores son Brandon who has been in and out of prison most of his life for heroin sales, use and other things – was giving Rudy and Brandon consvicated drugs to sell and then BUSTING the buyers. All the while, Rudolpho Garcia Flores and others are also a part of a vary serious SATANIC CULT IN VENTURA, CA. THE RITUALS CONSIST OF ORGIES, EATING FECES, DRINKING BLOOD AND URINE, AND EVEN MURDER. Officer Payne, along with others used a technique involving PINGING into my apt. BLUETOOTH!! The dirty cops could see me having sex, taking a bath, using the bathroom and was also tapped into all my phone lines. My bust was a set-up, and I am glad that Payne is no longer HERE!. She told every one I was crazy, and had devorced her husband @the end of 2010. He had left my daughter for an older woman, and my daughter said it was my fault. I have always taken care of myself and she was jealous because her husband wanted her to be MORE like ME. My daughter (unbeknownced to me) had begun seeing my so-called boyfriend of ten years. She began getting Meth and losing weight to get revenge on her ex-spouse and having sex with my guy RUDY to get even with me. I had done nothing to her. I actually had given her and her spouse the money to buy their house 2 years prior. So, my daughter with Rudy’s help (pinn #s) was stealing me blind and having sex in my bed while I was 2 hours away trying to fight for my life in court in another county twice a week. I virtually was left without a dime and live in my car. I am 55 years old and disabled. I was forced to go back to work because they took every dime I had. When the DA told me – I almost had a breakdown. FIVE DIRTY COPS FIRED, ONE DEAD, TWO COUNTIES, DIRTY LYING SCUMBAG DAUGHTER WHO LIVES IN FILTH LIKE PIGS, AND SATANIC CULT MEMBERS! Call me nieve – But I really did not know what was going on. I trusted both of them with my life. I want the WORLD to KNOW what they DID. It is not over til its over! They are all scum and the PD were bribed, and for all of Rudy’s contacts – HE is the one who set you all up!!!! He destroyed everything in my Home and my new car! One last thing, when those Ventura Police officers pinged inside my apt, (this allows radio reception and they can hear and pick-up everything you talk about on the phone, computer, and microphones) THEY HIT THE METAL IN MY BACK FROM MY BACK SURGERY. iT CAUSED ME TO JERK FORWARD AND BURNED A LOT OF MY HAIR OFF. tHEY NEED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR WHAT THEY DID. Payne was not the officer who actually arrested me. A firefighter friend who also coinsendently arrived and forced themselves into my apt. with out a warrant – was the one who cuffed me, but also tore my rotator out of the socket!! While they were in my apt. they stole many things I had packed and ready to be moved. THEY WERE INVOLVED IN A LOT OF PORN THAT ALSO INVOLVED CHILDREN! I pray that each and every one involved BURN IN HELL! THEY, INCLUDEING MY DAUGHTER MICHELLE NICHOLE NUNEZ – PAID SOME GUYS THAT WERE LIVING IN A SOBER MEN’S LIVING HOME IN THE MANGY TANGELWOOD AREA 0F SANTA MARIA, CA TO ACTUALLY RUN ME OFF THE ROAD AND USE SCARE TACTICS TO CAUSE ME TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK WHILE DRIVING. I have a million things that pop in my head after reading that like, “a perfect example of life stranger than fiction, movie of the week for sure, when it rains its pours, huh, you should write a book, , what you’d do to have all that bad come’n,” I could go on but seriously honey, holy shit, you must be one hell of a women to have half a mind left after all that, but thats right you had one good enough to stand a little over load. And your heart must be just as good if your not bitter or still have hope for a better day. You sound angry, disillusioned and disappoinnted,and well you should be but not hopeless and thats a blessing if you don’t see that. I don’t think I would to be honest.
You have been visited by the devil himself and more than a few demons you know. It sounds like your due for some brighter days and if your not a believer I would suggest it might be in your best interests to look into it so to deal with all this evil and the thoughts and feelings its brought. It couldn’t hurt to learn there is a power much stronger than that behind all this you’ve experienced which can help you better understand how this happens, why people can be so awful and give you ammunition against it revisiting you. You have lived through a nightmare and its time for it to end and a new day to begin. If this doesn’t happen I would seriously do some praying so to figure out why.

I have made comments but haven’t told my story. My story happened because of my husbands’s bad dicisions that got us raided and then while he was on probation, raided again, which got my dog impounded because of my husband’s felony statis and in our county in calif. a dog over 20lbs owned by a felon or living with one needs this prohibative dog licence. My dog was impounded for 3 weeks while we jumped through the hoops trying to meet all the requirements and cost which we did asap. I was told we were the only ones to do this in recent memory. Still it didn’t save my dog because we were raided a 3rd time while we weren’t home and they came in and killed him anyway. My problem with the cops, well the list goes on and on but as far as what happened to my dog and this whole incident is…..I want justice for the killing of my dog. There is none. No accountablity at all. All a coward ass cop has to say is they felt threatened don’t matter if there was any thrreat what so ever and their home free. I had no idea what the laws were concerning this and went on line to look and try and find out. I wrote to a site called ALLExperts and connected with a retired (found out later) cop, actually a detective who I chose because it said she was a expert in search and seizure and raids. I can’t but say this chick was so hella cool, she wrote me page after page explaining so much stuff. Why don’t cops like that work on the force now? Anyway she said that where shes at, which I never found out, if a raid like I discribed was conducted by someone in her department they’d be called on the carpet so fast because of the chance of being sued, it was so unconstitutional. Here in Calif. I brought this up to my husband’s attorney who was helping him deal with the possible case they were trying to put on him for amo they said they found in our kitchen draw which was a lie. No PO was present, no PO even knew of the raid. That is against federal guidelines and yet, this attorney didn’t think it was any big deal and in fact is something that happens all the time. How could that be? How do they get away with not staying within the constitution when dealing with us? Animal Control should have been notified and been present to deal with my dog. Animal control was notified but according to the police report they were told I had no permit which should have gotten us a fine, not a dead dog. The fact is I had a permit anyway, I have the paperwork and can prove that. So they knew my dog would be present. This detective said they always made sure that the probationer was at the residence and only when they have some sneaky reason for wanting to be in a house and not be watched will they hit a house when its enpty which is what they did, and I guess thats OK too with the powers that be. The local PD was not notified to be at our house as is the standard protacal, had they been notified animal control would also have been. We live in a small town and they know us. They know about our dog and how much he means to me. They’re still cops but would have made sure things went they way they should have. Like I said being cops though, while expressing sorrow and concern the day this happened and actually seemed pissed off over this subsequently they have covered up and lied about the fact they were left out of the loop. I sign petitions that come to me but I just can’t put myself through it any more it just goes on and on and on about the horrors cops have inflicted onto innocent families and their dogs. What happened to us was a nightmare that come the 9th of June was a year ago and still I cry over missing my boy who suffered, was cruely murdered and yet his death was not as unjustified as it gets. Not by a long shot and this goes on daily with what looks like no end in sight. This blood shed of innocent life is a symptom of the way in which law enforcement sees us, in my book, the disrespect, the concern for themselves over those they get paid to serve, the cowards they really are, their lack of concern over whats really right and wrong and you know what? Its the powers that be that are allowing it. We can blame the cops all we want but theres somebody allowing them to act this way. If they weren’t suppose to act like they do they wouldn’t, if this attitude was one that could get them fired they’d staighten up. Laws need to change my friends, laws that ain’t going to so this is it, really. Just don’t give up those guns. We’re going to need them. You want the real truth about whats up? Time to take a stand. Go tell your story to the Local Government at its next meeting. Have your statement written out, and before you speak on your topic, ask the the entire written statement be included in the minutes of the meeting. They can not refuse as doing this is proper under Roberts Rule of Order to prevent you from being cut off. If they do cut you off, your entire statement is in writing and goes in the record. Then in a few days, go ask for a copy of the minutes. When you get a copy, if your statement is not in the minutes, go to the next meeting and point out the failure and do the exact same thing again with the same statement. They will get the message that you will not back down. If you have a cell phone. Learn to use its recording feature in case you get pulled over, inform the officer of the fact you are recording him. Then ask why you have been pulled over and are being detained? Do not get into any other conversation until you get the answer as to why you are being detained? If the cop won’t answer your question, do not respond to anything he says except by again asking why you have been pulled over and are being detained. If you ask him 3 or 4 times and he dose not answer the question, inform him that his failure to answer why you have been pulled over and are being detained allows you to leave and that you will peacfully leave the scene. If he gives you the reason why you are being detained, be respectful, take you ticket or whatever and cooperate. Most Cops are tin can badge holders. Make sure you learn to use the recording feature on your phone, or if you don’t have that feature or phone, go to Radio Shack where you can buy a small digital recorder for around $35.00.

Yes Oh I wish I could do it. I need to do this. It would help so much to be able to calmly, intelligently, let those cops hear what their action have caused needlessly. I would love to put in my two cents as to how this could be changed so others don’t have to suffer it and to pose questions in such a way that they know that we know as well as their superiors that what they did is cowardly and unethical and that short of having the money to do so we would be sueing the hell out of them and there will be someone come alone who will. Lawyers know the outcome of such a action is questionable, they also don’t have the guts to face this kind of suit, personally I think constitutionally, given the right judge and jury we’d blow them out of the water but…….I don’t think I could get most of it out of my mouth. I stuttered terribly as a kid, teenager, young adult and though I’ve gotten over it mostly, the fear of talking in front of a crowd kept me planted in my seat at my mother’s funeral even while holding a carefully written memorial to her I so wanted to read. I’m also a very emotional person and even if I did get up there my emotions I’m sure would get the best of me and I’d just stand and cry my eyes out. I know, excuses excuses, but they are reasons that will keep me from doing this and I will forever regret not being able to.. I’ve got a letter written I plan on sending when we move from this area in the next couple months. I’m going to send it to the police chief. I dare not send it now due to fear of retaliation. The recorder is a great idea and one I have already got in the works. Just like most Russian’s now seem to have dash cams to save them from the false accusations of others we all should have these recorders as standard driving equipment. “Agent” Schmidt (badge number 1014) of the Palm Beach Sheriff Office openly solicited to be paid money in exchange for making a case “go away” (when in fact he had already gone and demanded HIPAA-protected medical records from a physician without warrant or subpoena).
Somebody please get creeps like this off the street – Agent Schmidt is clear proof that the police, judges and courts are thoroughly corrupt, and even that it is impossible to trust one’s own physician with personal information in this state.
