If Police Officer’s Lie On Camera, How Can They Be Trusted In Court?

Here in the United States citizens are allowed to record police contacts, so that’s exactly what I did. I was picking up garbage in the community and I had been doing this for about two weeks. That’s when I came across two Centralia Police Officers, one of these police officers knowingly lied on video  and told me that he didn’t know that I had a camera. The video proof is very clear the police officer’s lied and claimed they didn’t know I had a camera. Then the officer told me I was breaking the law by recording him.

What I recorded this particular night is very disturbing, these two police officers knowingly and willingly lied and tried to tell me that I was breaking the law for recording them. Here’s the problem I see with this incident. If police officers are willing to lie on video like this, then how are they supposed to be trusted in a court of law? The fact that I captured this video questions the integrity of any statements that these officers make in the future. I know if I was facing a criminal lawsuit, I would want a Jury to see what these two officers are capable of doing.  Credibility is what the community depends upon when it comes to our local police department and after viewing a factual video like this, one can only wonder if these two officer are credible.       Since the Centralia Police want to hide this type of behavior and not hold themselves accountable, It is my duty as a citizen to warn my community about these type of police officers in our local community. If you are facing charges or know of someone who is facing charges, this video could help your case. I also have more video footage of this incident that is very disturbing, I have not released it because it is so scary. I had a gun pointed at me as I fled the scene, If you need this video contact me personally, since it shows emotions I’d rather not show to the public. I am also willing to testify in a court of law that the Centralia Police Tampered with evidence during another case. Contact me if you have had a similar incident. The community needs to work together to stop this type of police behavior.

  1. Hello David (the Goliath Police State Slayer**), I watched the video and it’s a terrific piece. The first time I watched it, I was incredulous that “Dirty Cop Butcher” could be so lame-brained as to actually call you twice by your first name, toward the end of the video, after twice implying that he did not know who you are, to wit: Dirty Cop Butcher said, [quote] “I don’t know who you are (either)” [3:30 on video]

“Thing is, we’re just trying to figure out who you are” [endquote] [3:57 on video]

Video Viewer reply: Oh, yeah, then how is it that Officer Butcher knew your first name and repeated it twice before the end of the video? [quotes] “OK David” [4:30 on video]

“You’re not detained, or anything, David” [endquotes] [5:37 on video]

My summarizing question is, just how incompetent can they be? Here is a PHOTO of Dirty Centralia (WA) Cops Clarey and Butcher, with their pants on fire, unlawfully stopping and detaining you, which I have to properly photoize.
